Abstract

A range of simple hand-held test equipment is available for monitoring logic levels in systems under test. The first group of three devices in this range (logic probe, logic pulser and current tracer) are useful in tracing faults in computer CPU boards that are inoperative, and these devices are described next. Further devices are described in the following sections.
