Abstract

Professional education for social workers is increasingly vulnerable to the kinds of erosion which threaten to undermine professional practice as a whole. So, a critical examination of key aspects of the struggle to achieve quality education for social workers also offers some indicators as to how quality professional education for social workers may be sustained.
