Abstract
Forming and financing a company is a very different matter from setting up a sole proprietorship or a partnership. Very stringent rules are laid down in the Companies Acts and other legislation as to what must and must not be done. Anyone breaking the rules can easily find themselves facing big fines and even imprisonment.
