Abstract

Edward Burch runs a successful export business. He often has to make trips overseas in furtherance of his business. On one particular occasion he has to travel to West Africa and telephones a local travel agent to book him flights to Ghana, Nigeria and Ivory Coast, and hotel accommodation for the period of his ten day trip in various towns including Accra, Lagos, Kano and Abidjan.
