Abstract
The construction industry, as we have seen, can be a fertile ground for conflict. There are many different reasons for this, but it is clear that, where possible, the risk of any event deteriorating into an actual conflict or dispute should be lessened. There are a number of positive steps which can be taken when dealing with individuals or companies, and these steps, when used together, will greatly reduce the risk of your discussions becoming conflictive.
