Abstract
In the previous chapters we have sought to set out the symptoms, causes and effects of conflict. We then addressed the behaviours and techniques which need to be developed to avoid or reduce conflict. The next stage was to examine how inevitable or ongoing conflicts could be managed. Finally, we reviewed the methods of containing and resolving conflict.
