Abstract

Some conflicts are quite simply unavoidable. Proper management of the conflict will ease the impact it has on the construction process, but resolution must follow quickly. Conflicts cannot be allowed to fester or lie dormant, they must be addressed. An old conflict is a bitter conflict.
