Abstract

The primary aim of the Information phase is to get all members of the VM team to fully understand all of the major pertinent aspects of the project under study, and to get them to broaden their perspectives beyond their particular area of expertise. Another important aspect is to meld the individuals so that they act together as a team. In addition, the activities undertaken during this phase focus the team’s attention on aspects of the project which represent the greatest opportunities for improving value.
