Abstract
Kashaf purchased a secondhand car from the Brakespoke Garage Showroom. The car was de-scribed as having had one owner and the mileage registered at 3000 miles. In order to make a pur-chase, Kashaf decided to enter into a hire pur-chase agreement: he paid a deposit to secure the car and signed an agreement at the showroom promising to pay the remainder of the cost with interest by instalments over a period of one year to a finance company.
