Abstract

External and internal ‘customers’ are treated separately in this chapter because you need to look at their stressful situations and what you can do from a different standpoint. External customers will look to you for professional help; they will view you as the one who knows what to do, and is in charge. This might be so for internal customers, but not necessarily.
