Abstract

As part of the service provided, PMs must ensure that there is a smooth transition from a building project to a facility ready for use by the client. Depending on the client’s wishes, this service may vary from a minimal activity to another project in its own right. Consideration should be given to the completion phase quite early in the design stage of the project and the scope of the service to be provided should be agreed with the client.
