Abstract

Of all the stages a project passes through, that which has the greatest variation in scope of the PM’s duties and responsibilities is the construction stage. It has been stated before that the degree of the PM’s involvement in a project is proportional to the possible risk to the client in terms of achieving the financial and time objectives. It follows that the greater the potential risk, the closer must be the PM’s involvement.
