Abstract

This chapter brings together the person specification and' the selection methods in order to create an interview plan. We will look at sources of evidence in general, and also at how the questioning techniques studied in the last chapter can be used to obtain evidence in areas where criteria have been specified. We will use the CCR scheme, as explained in Chapter 16.
