Abstract

Dr Krieger Vasena holds a doctorate in economics from the university of his home town, Buenos Aires. A counsellor of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and the Latinamerican Economic Research Foundation (FIEL, Fundación de Investigaciones Económicas Latinoamericanas), he has been Minister of Finance and later of Economy and Finance.
