Abstract

The introduction to this text clearly illustrated the teacher’s role in schools today in three ways — classroom, whole school and school/community. In the previous chapters, the focus has been on the teacher’s role at the classroom and school/community level. This chapter examines the important role of the teacher at the whole school level.
