Abstract
Phillips & Drew Fund Management Ltd. (PDFM) is incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary of UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd, the subsidiary of the Union Bank of Switzerland in London responsible for institutional asset management. This structure provides financial security for PDFM without impinging on its independence. Over the past 5 years PDFM has grown to become one of the largest managers of UK institutional assets. It offers clients a highly qualified, stable group of innovative investment professionals, united in their investment philosophy and experienced in tailoring their services to clients’ individual requirements.
