Abstract

The difficulties we encountered in writing this book were due to the fact that logically speaking what we were describing was not a complete, closed system. We have considered some matters in sufficient depth, but there are still a number of things we would like to have mentioned but were unable to do justice to which remain to be covered. We leave the reader to reflect on the following ideas.
