Abstract

In the last chapter we looked at some of the essential questions that it is necessary to answer before you even start the process of communicating. This chapter carries on exploring the process of preparing and planning by asking the questions what and how? It will therefore look at what you are going to include in your message, where you can get the material from, how you can record your notes and then how you can organize the material so that it will best achieve your objective.
