Abstract
This Case Study was written as a flexible resource for use within the theme of Art and Design. It is used here as an example within the context of Services to People, although with no alteration of text but a slight alteration of emphasis it could also be used within the context of Self and the Environment, Production and Technical Services and Business Administration and Distribution.
