In this lesson you will learn to:
  • * use the function keys to edit DOS commands

If you have keyed in a DOS command and you find that there is an error in it, you do not have to re-enter it completely. The first five of the ten function keys, usually arranged down the left-hand side of the keyboard and marked F1 to F10, can be used to edit a command. The use of the keys is as follows. First of all place the practice disk into drive A and log into that drive.
