Abstract

In order to provide customers with the standard of service they expect, it is important that serving staff are efficient in their methods of working. Serving staff who are punctual, helpful and aware of the needs of the customers will greatly contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant and the customers’ enjoyment of the meal.
