Abstract

Customers and staff have a right to feel confident that they and their possessions are secure and safe. Staff and management have a legal and moral duty to see that everything possible is done to reduce the risks arising from the actions or activities of:
  • criminals and thieves

  • other dishonest people

  • terrorists

  • violent or disturbed people, for instance muggers and rapists.
