Abstract

The final bit system recorded to the compact disc consists of a series of frames, each having a duration of 136µs the same duration time as six complete left/right audio samples. During the creation of each frame the following extra information is added.

  • Frame sync.

  • Sub coding.

  • CIRC parity.
