Abstract
Meetings when well organised can strengthen work teams and build up good work relationships. Poorly organised ones can be occasions for bad temper and may be regarded as a complete waste of time. To guard you from the negative aspects of meetings, we shall go through the organisation of a meeting step by step so that you will be able to show your professional competence. The subject of the meeting could be either the period spent in the Training Office, or any recent Work Experience, or the course itself. The reason for this is to get you to analyse what skills you have compared with last year, and to show you what you have left to learn — like the rest of us!
