Abstract

The Management of Word Processing Unit is designed for anyone who is, or is intending to be, working in a managerial or supervisory capacity over the word processing functions of an organisation. This will range from the manager of a word processing function in a large organisation, to the manager whose overall responsibilities include the supervision of word processing staff. It concentrates on the day-to-day aspects of such a management task, and deals with both the technological and human aspects of the word processing function.
