Abstract

One of the main advantages of a word processor over a typewriter is that some time after producing your documents, if you need to edit or print them again, there is no need type them in again, you can simply retrieve the original copy and make any changes that might be required, like changing the date. You can also print as many copies as you want, whenever they are needed, without having to use carbon paper or a photocopier.
