Abstract
Market surveys are an extremely important source of information for business. As the name suggests, such surveys review a market sector, analyzing the sales of existing products and the current manufacturers. Usually surveys attempt to predict the market growth potential of various products and the opportunities for new products. Market research, the process of analyzing a market, is a highly skilled activity not to be confused with the process of marketing itself.
