Summary

The CDA/DAB pair of compounds was tested with TA1538 and three types of S9 activation (mouse uninduced, rat uninduced and Aroclor-induced rat). No positive results were recorded with direct incorporation using the Ames plate test. A positive result was found with DAB and Aroclor-induced rat S9 with 60 min preincubation.
