Abstract

Minaprine (M) is a new antidepressant drug which exhibits an atypical profile of dopamino (DA)-mimetic activities in rodents (Worms et al., this volume). Thus the behavioural and neurochemical effects of M on striatal dopaminergic and cholinergic systems were investigated in order to clarify its mechanism(s) of action.
