Abstract

This paper discusses the Amman building regulations and makes some recommendations. It should not be considered as an attempt at evaluation, for such evaluation requires more in-depth study and analysis. The writer considers that the existing Amman building legislation is adequate and efficient. Nevertheless some additions, modifications and clarifications could improve this legislation and help to broaden and to simplify its application.
