Abstract
Suppose p and q are two statements. Then, by p implies q, written symbolically as p ⇒ q, we mean that, if p is a true statement then q is also a true statement. Example I Suppose p stands for the statement ‘x is greater than 2’, written a x > 2 for short, and q stands for ‘x > 1’. We write p: x > 2, q: x > 1.
