Abstract

In this investigation, electro chemical creep feed grinding was performed with new type of wheels which were made by electroless plating of Nickel on the conventional WA wheel. This new type of wheel has the same capability of metal removal by itself and it is possible to dress as the conventional wheel. In this report an experimental analysis to get the best condition of making new type of ECG wheel and some applications on un-machinable material are described.
