Abstract

Our paper will present the mathematical model of electrochemical machining process utilizing numerical method and analogue technique method, which allow description of shape of machined surface of working electrode to be done.

The results of practical applications of these two methods in making circular and rectangular holes will be given. The experiments made possible to verify the advantages of mathematical modelling as well as to get a lot of important data for an industrial practice.

The detailed report on problem of making noncircular holes will be given, corners enlargement and their influence upon the results of machining will be discussed.
