Abstract

All mothers will want to breastfeed their babies if they can. Breast milk is best because:

  1. 1

    it is the natural food and therefore contains everything the baby needs;

  2. 2

    it is free from germs;

  3. 3

    it is never too hot nor too cold;

  4. 4

    it is easiest for you to prepare;

  5. 5

    it costs nothing;

  6. 6

    it makes you happy because you know that you are giving baby the best food and you build a great bond between you and your baby as you give it.
