Abstract
The purpose of this investigation was to develop objective methods for the measurement of the response of psoriasis to various therapies. In the first instance we compared the dithranol regimen as developed by Ingram (1954) with the more recent treatment with 8-methoxypsoralen and ultraviolet A irradiation (PUVA).
