Arctic Sea Inspection Technology

During the Second World War, strategic necessity demanded concentrated technical efforts in the Arctic, which proved that there were no technological barriers to establishing a modern industrial society, even in the most extreme polar areas. Since the war interest in exploitation of raw materials and energy resources in this area have increased considerably.
