Abstract
The Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (CMEA) marks its 30th anniversary in 1979. Thus it seems appropriate to point to the successes achieved by this organization in cooperation on fuel and energy problems, problems which are of such great imporÂtance for the countries’ economic development.
