Abstract

In these notes we outline a group of research areas in the field of international economics which have a high priority for LDCs, and for Latin America in particular. Naturally, we do not intend to cover the whole range of possible research projects. It has thus been necessary to establish priorities, although the area marked out here remains relatively extensive.
