Abstract

Dr Iglesias has written a wide-ranging essay touching on many aspects of international economic co-operation, but in a way that is far from superficial — indeed on some issues his comments have a depth and frankness that senior UN officials rarely allow themselves. I would like, however, to suggest some implications that perhaps even he cannot draw.
