Abstract

This material may be used in different ways

• (1) The questions may be posed and written answers sought from libraries etc.

• (2) Answers could be sought from various rights and law centres, legal pamphlets etc.

• (3) Information could be orally conveyed in a straightforward manner or phased to prompt the desire for more information.

• (4) Further discussion could be stimulated about the nature of the law: do we need laws; are they too liberal or too repressive etc.

• (5) They could be used to promote further reading. (Or any mixture of these.)
