Abstract
There are pollutants present in the atmosphere which are of themselves harmless to human health, and which are perceptible neither by odor nor sight. Such pollutants may nevertheless affect human wellbeing by changing the pattern of global climate, or by altering the spectral qualities of solar radiation reaching the earth’s surface.
