Transfer RNA: crystal structures

Abstract

Some of the most interesting aspects of transfer RNA (tRNA) are the extremely diverse and essential roles it plays in living cells. The best understood role is its participation in the decoding process of genetic codes during ribosome-mediated protein synthesis (for a review see Haselkorn and Rothman-Denes, 1973).
