Abstract
There are two separate forms of nuisance. The civil form is known as private nuisance and the criminal form as public nuisance. It is because of these two aspects that there has always been difficulty in giving nuisance an exact legal definition. However, in its literal sense ‘nuisance’ means ‘annoyance’ or ‘inconvenience’.
