Abstract

Never before has our legal system been exposed to such organised international and internal pressure for social justice. Fundamental and wide-ranging changes in the economic, social and political spheres are being demanded. It is a challenge to our system which I believe can no longer be ignored even if there are some who are foolhardy enough to believe it possible.
