Abstract
Introduction. You are a systems analyst with a consultancy. A senior consultant has had an. interview with the Managing Director of Banzai (UK) Ltd. and obtained information about this company’s operations. You have been asked to study his notes and design a computer-based system which he can show to Banzai as evidence that it will be worth their commissioning a detailed study. Your task is thus to prepare an internal report.
