Abstract

Although I have already had an opportunity to have my say on this topic, first in editing the evidence (JMK XIII and XIV), and second in a presentation to an earlier conference (Moggridge, 1973), I cannot really let this opportunity go by without a few remarks, if only because Don’s stimulating work has raised somewhat different issues than I had considered before.
