Institutional Forms of Worker Participation in the Federal German Republic

Abstract

This paper investigates briefly how far the institutional framework established in the Federal German Republic after the Second World War facilitates meaningful participation in decision-making by workers and employees. In addition the consequences for the stability of the total system will be briefly sketched.
