Abstract

In the presentation that follows arranged over three chapters the firms will be divided into the categories distinguished on page 27 of Chapter 2, and in the following order:
  1. 1.

    Non-market-oriented pricing (Chapter 3);

     
  2. 2.

    Non-oligopolistic market-oriented pricing (interdependence not recognised) (Chapter 4);

     
  3. 3.

    Market-oriented pricing where mutual interdependence was recognised (oligopoly) (Chapter 5)

     
  4. (a)

    competitive

     
  5. (b)

    non-competitive.
