Abstract

The points of view which I have developed in the preceding chapters are not in all respects similar to the various theories of economic policy in Classical Political Economy. But I hope they are not in radical disharmony with the spirit of that system which I regard as an important contribution to the Liberal philosophy of society to which I adhere.
