Abstract

An incubation test for detection of seed-borne pathogens has, as its objectives, the determination of (1) the kind of inoculum (2) the amount of inoculum (3) the distribution of inoculum within a seed lot (according to sampling procedures), and (4) the vigour of inoculum at the time of testing.
